Built on AcudocX — the same translation platform trusted by the Australian Computer Society.
Immi Translating Service partners with migration agents to deliver fast, secure, and affordable NAATI-certified translations at scale. No urgent surcharges. Onshore data. Built for MARA-registered professionals.
Why migration agents partner with Immi
- Same platform as ACS. Immi runs on AcudocX. The Australian Computer Society also uses AcudocX through a partnership model — the same infrastructure that supports skilled-migration assessments for ICT professionals supports your client documents.
- No urgent surcharge, ever. Same-day turnaround on standard documents is the default. Your clients aren’t penalised for tight visa lodgement timelines.
- Onshore Australian data. AcudocX runs Anthropic’s Claude Sonnet 4.6 on AWS Bedrock in an Australian region. Documents stay on sovereign infrastructure.
- HIPAA-compliant platform. Sensitive personal documents — birth certificates, medical records, police clearances — are handled to a HIPAA-compliant standard. No customer data is used for AI training.
- Transparent volume pricing. Flat per-document rates for templated documents and per-page rates for full translations, shown upfront with no quote required. Rates improve as your monthly volume grows.
What partner agents get
- A co-branded portal in AcudocX. Submit and track client documents in one place, with a workflow built for migration practice operations.
- Volume pricing tiers. The more documents you process per month, the lower your per-document rate.
- Documented turnaround SLAs. No “urgent” surprise loadings — your client expectations are predictable.
- A referral incentive option. Choose between a flat per-document referral fee or a client-side discount you can pass on. Whichever fits your practice.
- A compliance pack for your clients. A downloadable kit covering NAATI requirements per visa subclass, plus the AcudocX security posture (HIPAA-compliant, Australian onshore data, ISO certification (in progress), NAATI LSP endorsement in progress) — concrete artefacts you can share with clients during onboarding.
- Direct support. A named account contact and a 20-minute guided onboarding session.
The ACS leverage
The Australian Computer Society is the assessing authority for ICT skilled migration in Australia. ACS uses AcudocX through a partnership model — the same platform Immi uses for client documents. For migration agents whose clients include ICT professionals applying for skilled migration, that’s a meaningful credibility signal: the assessing authority and the translation provider sit on the same infrastructure.
Use cases for migration agents
- Skilled migration (subclasses 189/190/491): Qualification certificates, employment references, ACS skills-assessment supporting documents.
- Partner visa (subclasses 820/801, 309/100): Marriage certificates, relationship evidence, foreign-language statutory declarations.
- Student visa (subclass 500): Academic transcripts, financial evidence, parental consent documents.
- Citizenship applications: Birth certificates, marriage certificates, name change documents.
- Driver’s licence conversion: Foreign driver’s licences for state transport authorities.

Frequently asked questions
Do my clients need their own AcudocX accounts?
No. As a partner agent, you can submit and manage all client documents from your own portal. Your clients don’t need to create accounts unless you want them to.
How is data handled?
All documents are processed on AWS Bedrock in an Australian region. AcudocX is HIPAA-compliant. The underlying Claude Sonnet 4.6 model on Bedrock does not retain or train on your inputs. No customer document is used to train any AI model.
What’s the relationship with ACS?
The Australian Computer Society uses AcudocX through a partnership model. Immi Translating Service uses the same AcudocX platform for NAATI translation delivery.
Are turnaround times guaranteed?
Standard one-page documents are typically returned within hours during business hours. Documented SLAs are part of the partner agreement, and there is no urgent surcharge.
What about complex commercial or legal documents?
Complex documents are routed to our full-service NAATI translation workflow with a certified translator handling the document end-to-end. Your portal shows the exact price and turnaround upfront before you commit — no quotes, no waiting.
